Excellent Stay at Central Location

breakfast buffet reception staff helpful service

The breakfast included a buffet and a menu. I could choose from various options. The staff was very helpful. One person, Katai, always asked if I needed anything else. I also appreciate the reception staff, particularly Mrs Noi. She was always ready to help with any issues.

The nightclub nearby was loud. It operated from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Sleeping was difficult.

great location big room

location was great. i liked the big room. hotel offerd good value. i was near everything because of the hotel position. it was in the middle of centrum near food and bars.

the room decor felt ultra old. it felt very tired. internet was also not function.

breakfast was included this year. it was a buffet and also had a menu. i could choose 4 different breakfast items. the staff asked if i needed anything.

staff are excellent and polite. nothing is too much trouble for them. the lady at the reception talked with my thai wife. both come from the same city.

beds felt very comfortable. the interior of the room and the hotel look beautiful. i especially liked the lobby. the junior suite depends on your budget.
